Shadow Peak Tech LLC was founded in Colorado Springs with a single focus: build the digital tools that small and mid-size law enforcement agencies actually need — affordable, air-gapped, and designed around the realities of investigative work, not the demands of a SaaS business model.
Every tool we build treats case data as sovereign to the agency. No cloud. No vendor retention. No third-party access.
We don't adapt enterprise security tools for law enforcement. We build from the ground up around the workflow officers actually use.
Small and mid-size agencies deserve the same capabilities as state police. We price for the sheriff's office, not the state contract.

Shadow Peak Tech LLC is a Colorado Springs–based software company focused exclusively on developing digital tools for law enforcement. We build practical, affordable, and operationally sound software for the agencies that protect our communities — particularly the small and mid-size departments that have been priced out of enterprise solutions.
Our flagship product, SentinelOSINT, emerged from a simple observation: missing-persons investigations require OSINT capabilities that most agencies can't afford and don't have the staffing to execute manually. We automated the entire workflow, kept everything on-premises, and priced it for a sheriff's office budget — not a state police contract.
We believe law enforcement technology should be transparent, auditable, and designed around officer safety and case integrity. Every product we ship reflects that.
